GENETIC AND GENOMIC TESTING

Genetic testing is often performed to determine your risk of acquiring a type of cancer. Genomic testing is often performed on cancer tissue to determine what treatment is best for your type of cancer.

Helping Hands Act

The Helping Hands Action Group’s goal is to improve the health and economic security of United States citizens by providing them a comprehensive list of third-party resources, benefits and programs that they may be eligible for. Helping Hands Action Group is a comprehensive, free online tool that connects
U.S. citizens with benefits they may qualify for. These programs include, but are not limited to: Information, Education and access to Special Programs, Services and Discounts, etc., Helping Hands Act strives to help visitors better manage their personal finances along with guiding them to special Federal, State and Private Helping Hands Act Programs. This is a not a non-profit foundation.

The Residential Assistance for Families in Transition (RAFT) program

Provides short-term emergency funding to help you with eviction, foreclosure, loss of utilities, and other housing emergencies. Eligibility requires an income review with a check list. Please see the page below.

Northborough Helping Hand

The mission of Northborough Helping Hands Association (NHHA) is to coordinate programs to assist those in need in the form of Thanksgiving food baskets, Christmas gifts, clothing, medical equipment, and emergency aid for special services.
